Important Checklist:

You must provide both host names and IP addresses for at least 2 seperate DNS servers. Host names are of the format 'host.domain.com' (for instance 'ns1.dmpriest.net.uk') and IP addresses are always numeric (for instance '62.13.128.12').
Use the exact text above - changing only those sections in red.
It must be on the domain name registered owners letterhead paper - if you do not have a letterhead see: No Letterhead.
It must be signed by the domain name registrant (owner) or authorised signatory.
The domain must not be past its renewal date - if it is please contact us first as it will need renewing first.
You must provide a valid contact email address.
Fax it to 01625 800901 (+44 1625 800 901 from outside the UK).
If you cannot fax it post it to: Domain Administration, Get Online, Unit 12D, Adlington Park, Adlington, Cheshire, SK10 4PZ, United Kingdom.
