No Letterhead?

If you do not have a letterhead to use when faxing your transfer / modification request please provide additional information from at least two of the following sections:

	If paid by cheque - the cheque number used to purchase or renew the domain.
	If you have made a payment online - the unique transaction number for the payment (this will have been in the payment confirmation email).
	Your account number and the last invoice / renewal note number you received.
	The email address you have currently registered with us.
	Any username and password we have issued to you (for web or email services) on the same account as the domain name.
