PRIORITY SERVICE

We aim (although not guarantee) to process correct and complete domain modification requests within 2 - 5 working days at no cost. However, if you require a faster service we offer the Priority Service as a chargeable option.

With the Priority Service we will, where possible, make updates within 1 working day once we have received the payment and the correct and complete domain modification request.

The charge for this service is £15 + VAT (per domain) and if the requested change is not made within 1 working days stated the fee will be refunded.

Times are based on GMT during normal UK working days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays).
