STEP 1

Important Checklist:

	The domain name is at least 60 days old (if a new registration) or at least 30 days past it's last renewal.
	If the domain name is not transferred to your new ISP within 30 days it will be changed back to us and you would need to resubmit your request.
	Use the exact text above - changing only those sections in red.
	It must be on the domain name registered owners letterhead paper - if you do not have a letterhead see: No Letterhead.
	It must be signed by the domain name registrant (owner) or authorised signatory.
	The domain must not be past its renewal date - if it is please contact us first as it will need renewing first.
	You must provide a valid contact email address.
	Fax it to 01625 800901 (+44 1625 800 901 from outside the UK). If you cannot fax it post it to: Domain Administration, Get Online, Unit 12D, Adlington Park, Adlington, Cheshire, SK10 4PZ, United Kingdom.

STEP 2

Once we receive your correct and complete modification request the changes will typically be made in 2 - 5 working days. If you require a faster service please contact us about our Priority Service.

You can verify once a transfer request have been completed by viewing our online WHOIS database record for your domain name.

If your request does not follow the procedure detailed on this page it will not be processed.

STEP 3

Once the update has been completed (as confirmed by the WHOIS database) your new ISP / domain registrar can then submit a transfer request which will be sent to the new 'administrative contact' email address you provided.

You will then need to follow the instructions they provide to complete the transfer process.
